Roles & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do :
- Learn daily operations at both Red Eye Smokehouse and REX Steakhouse
- Assist in floor supervision, shift setup, and closing routines
- Support rostering, inventory checks, and kitchen-service coordination
- Observe and eventually handle customer feedback and service recovery
- Participate in basic reporting, procurement, and vendor liaison
- Learn SOPs, labour cost control, and team leadership
- Be progressively trained to take on Operations Supervisor responsibilities
What We’re Looking For :
Recent graduates or early-career individuals (Diploma or Degree)Passion for the F&B industry and willingness to learn hands-onGood communication skills and positive team spirit5 day work week; able to work nights / weekends; willing to take initiativeSingaporean or PR preferredTell employers what skills you have
