As our Client Success Partner, you'll be at the forefront of our client engagements in Singapore, acting as a strategic advisor, a growth orchestrator, and a champion for outstanding delivery, particularly for clients seeking advanced Application (AI / Data) , robust Hybrid Infrastructure , and uncompromised IT Security solutions. You'll cultivate deep, impactful partnerships within your portfolio, proactively identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities across our core solution areas, with a keen focus on these critical domains.   • Master the Art of Client Connection : Forge strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within client organizations, becoming their trusted confidante and go-to expert for their most pressing Application (AI / Data), Hybrid Infrastructure, and IT Security needs in Singapore's business environment.
  • Shape Winning Solutions for Singaporean Enterprises : Collaborate closely with our talented Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Architects to craft compelling, customized solutions that directly address the specific needs and regulatory nuances of our Singaporean clientele, with a strong emphasis on cutting-edge AI / Data applications, scalable hybrid infrastructure designs, and comprehensive security frameworks.
  • Navigate & Grow Together in Singapore's Business Climate : Strategically manage contract renewals, identifying opportunities for mutual growth and ensuring long-term, value-driven partnerships within the local market, particularly by expanding our footprint in AI / Data, Hybrid Infrastructure, and IT Security services.
  • Be the Voice of Our Singaporean Clients : Champion their needs and perspectives within LPS, ensuring their satisfaction is paramount in all our engagements within the Singaporean context, especially regarding their AI / Data, Hybrid Infrastructure, and IT Security initiatives.

Championing Delivery Excellence & Ensuring Client Delight in Singapore, with a Focus on AI / Data, Hybrid Infrastructure, and IT Security :

  • Orchestrate Seamless Project Delivery : Partner closely with our Delivery Managers and project teams to guarantee the flawless execution of projects and services, consistently exceeding the expectations of our Singaporean clients, particularly for complex AI / Data implementations, hybrid cloud migrations, and critical security projects.
  • Keep a Pulse on Performance in Singapore : Diligently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery quality and client satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving any potential challenges specific to our Singaporean engagements, especially concerning the performance and security of AI / Data platforms and hybrid infrastructures.
  • Be a Proactive Risk Manager in the Singaporean Context : Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain the trust and confidence of our Singaporean client base, with a strong emphasis on security risks inherent in AI / Data deployments and hybrid environments.
  • Solve Challenges with Agility in Singapore's Fast-Paced Environment : Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, collaborating effectively with internal teams to deliver timely and impactful resolutions tailored to the Singaporean business context, particularly for challenges related to AI / Data integration, hybrid infrastructure performance, and cybersecurity incidents.
  • Quantify Value for Our Singaporean Partners : Work collaboratively with clients to ensure they are realizing the tangible business value and ROI from our solutions and services within the Singaporean market, especially in terms of enhanced data insights, optimized infrastructure costs, and strengthened security posture.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Based on Singaporean Client Feedback : Gather valuable feedback from our Singaporean clients to continuously enhance our delivery processes and service offerings, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful in the local market, with a focus on evolving AI / Data, Hybrid Infrastructure, and IT Security needs.
  • Your Expertise : What You'll Bring to Our Singapore Team

  • A strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
  • A proven track record (minimum 20 years) of success in client-facing roles within the IT services or system integration industry in Singapore or a comparable market, ideally with experience as a Client Success Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or similar, with a demonstrable history of managing complex AI / Data, Hybrid Infrastructure, and IT Security projects.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience in Application (AI / Data) , Hybrid Infrastructure , and Security domains, relevant to the Singaporean market.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within existing client accounts in Singapore through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives, particularly in areas like AI / ML solutions, cloud migration, and advanced cybersecurity services.
