Roles & Responsibilities

Position : Assistant Senior Social Worker

Salary : SGD 4,500 – SGD 5,800

Job Description :

To provide case management, counselling, and group engagement services for clients who walk in or are referred to the Centre.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver casework, counselling, group facilitation, and community engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong networks with relevant stakeholders and community partners.
• Design and implement programmes that address the needs of the community.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of case data in SSNet.
• Plan and execute assigned projects effectively.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case conferences, sharing information respectfully and without bias.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
• Meet regularly with supervisors for guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching to junior staff (for senior-level roles).
• Attend training and professional development activities to enhance skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
