- Working Location : West - Tuas Crescent (Company transport provided)
- Working Hours : 5.5 days (Mon - Alternate Sat : 8 am - 5 pm)
- Work on Sat – count as OT
- Salary Package : Up to SGD 2600 + OT + Allowances + Variable Bonus
- Duration : Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, assess caller needs, and route them to the appropriate contact.Greet and assist walk‑in visitors as the primary front‑desk contact.Dispatch technicians for inspections and maintenance based on urgency and location.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.Keep precise service records, logs, and documentation up to date.Prepare and manage operational reports and service documentation.APPLY NOW!!!
