Who we are looking for :
We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant based in Singapore. The individual should :
- Provides secretarial & administrative support i.e., extensive calendar management and a need for confidentiality.
- Organizes and coordinates the manager's activities, make recommendations for multiple scheduling conflicts.
GaGathers, communicates, and dispatches information throughout the management team.
Handles delicate and unexpected situations and facilitates the resolution of ongoing problems with recommendations and solutionsFacilitate and ensure smooth planning of meetings e.g. Country visits, leadership meetings, team meetings, recurring 1-1 catch up sessions, etc.Coordinate complex meetings with internal and external stakeholders on different time zones, scheduling conference rooms, bridge lines, catering and audio / visual support.Prepare and consolidates presentation slides, as needed by the Manager.Work closely with other division assistants to coordinate logistics for company events, e.g. Townhall, team activities, etc.The ideal candidate should have :
