Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Admin Executive to provide full-spectrum administrative and management support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative and office management support
- Source and procure corporate gifts and office supplies
- Ensure maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including storeroom and copier room
- Handle the purchase and upkeep of fixed assets such as office equipment and furniture
- Assist in planning and organising employee engagement or welfare activities and internal events
- Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel bookings, flight tickets, and car rentals
- Support expatriate accommodation matters (liaise with landlords, utilities, telcos, etc.)
- Provide ad hoc casual translation support (English ↔ Korean)
- Undertake other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial rolesStrong organisational and time management skillsPrior experience in casual translation is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsGood interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanorAbility to handle confidential information with discretionTell employers what skills you have
