the primary point of contact, ensuring all client needs and

expectations are met.

Event

Planning and Execution : Manage the entire sales

process, including creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and

coordinating event logistics with kitchen, delivery, and operations

teams.

Market

Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends and

competitor activities to identify new business

opportunities.

Reporting : Track sales

performance, report on key metrics, and provide regular forecasts

to management.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal

skills.
