Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, work pass, compensation and benefits.
- Preparation of monthly payroll / IR8A / tax submission (includes reviewing of global office payroll)
- Maintain and update employee / consultant personal files, contracts and other employee information for Singapore and global office
- Review and update HR policies in Singapore and global offices when required
- Renew insurance policies and assist staff on insurance queries
- Administration of external training for employees
- Propose and implement employee well-being programs and initiatives
- Participate in HR Audits and MOM surveys
- Provide back-up support to the administrative team
- Coordinate with administrative team to provide IT support to employees for Singapore and global offices
- All other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
3-5 years relevant experience in HR generalistBachelor’s degree in human resource management / IHRP-CP preferredExperience in sole contributor role is a plusUnderstanding and practical knowledge of Singapore employment lawsDriven, can do attitude and goal orientated with good problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Excel and WordAbility to work independently and under pressureHands on, self-motivated and committed with sense of urgencyInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply Now”.
