Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market presence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Provide market and customer insights to marketing and product teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical departments.
- Share insights on local market demands to support product localization and enhancement.
- Responsible for achieving individual annual sales targets as set by management.
Qualifications :
