Regional Legal & Compliance Manager - APAC (MedicalDevices)

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a US Medical Device

Company that is looking to hire their Regional Legal &

Compliance Manager to support the APAC region. In this role, you

will be responsible for leading the compliance functions for the

business' key countries in the region and also to provide day to

day legal

support.

Responsibilities

In this senior position, you will be

responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the

company's global compliance program in APAC. You will provide

strategic guidance on legal and compliance matters, managing risk

assessments, advising on data privacy, conducting internal

investigations, supporting corporate governance, and drafting and

negotiating a wide range of commercial

agreements.

Requirements

You should be a qualified lawyer with a minimum

of 8 years' post-qualification experience, ideally gained within

the medical device, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare sectors.

A strong working knowledge of the APAC region is essential, along

with a deep understanding of the compliance frameworks across key

jurisdictions. Proficiency in an additional Asian language would be

advantageous.
