Ad Operations Executive - D05 Clementi New Town, Hong Leong Garden, Pasir Panjang, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

1. Assist in managing business communications with advertising channels (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, and etc) under the guidance of the Account Manager.

2. Support the setup, configuration, and settlement of accounts with advertising suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and contract management.

3. Help ensure accuracy in data related to mobile advertising, assist with billing processes, and support account settlement tasks.

4. Provide support in daily operations and credit line management, following the Account Manager’s direction.

5. Assist with app operations, specifically publishing apps to Apple Store and Google Play.

6. Support administrative tasks as needed, and perform additional flexible tasks as assigned by the Account Manager.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above.

2. Communication Skills : Basic ability to assist in business communications with advertising channels under supervision.

3. Data Management : Willingness to learn and ensure accuracy in data related to mobile advertising and billing processes.

4. Project Management : Ability to support the setup, configuration, and settlement of accounts with guidance.

5. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with basic enterprise ERP systems and mobile advertising platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Facebook, Google Ads, and etc) is a plus.

6. Attention to Detail : Good organizational skills and a focus on accuracy in handling tasks.

7. Collaboration : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.

8. Preferred fluency in English and basic Mandarin to support internal and external stakeholders.
