Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in managing post-contract activities and procurement administration for fast-track projects.
- Oversee project budgeting, cash flow control, cost monitoring, claim processing, contract payments, and final account settlements.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and award contracts in alignment with project budgets.
- Administer and monitor contractual matters, including progress claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and loss and expense claims.
- Prepare monthly cost and progress reports to support financial tracking and forecasting.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues and ensure full contract compliance.
- Assist with contract reviews, procurement strategies, and risk management planning.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments, variation order submissions, and final accounts.
- Support value engineering initiatives and cost-saving measures across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with main contract terms, SIA, PSSCOC, and all relevant regulatory standards.
- Participate in site meetings, audits, and final handovers relating to commercial deliverables.
Requirements
