Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

  • Responsible for providing technical and service support to customers for the process and environmental range of products
  • Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries
  • Perform service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer
  • Troubleshooting analyzer & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of Yokogawa
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support.
  • Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems
  • Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for project
  • Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contract
  • Provide product training to end user and channel partner

Job Requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years in process industry in the field of Instrumentation & Control
  • Knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzers
  • Experience / knowledge in Yokogawa GC8000, NIR800, Yokogawa PCAS, ASET, network. TDLS8000
  • Knowledge of process analyzers, environmental monitoring systems, and related equipment
  • Ability to prepare service reports, spare parts quotations, and handle technical documentation
