Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and release warranty claims policies for service providers.
- Review and settle service provider claims.
- Provide training and support for service providers on claims processes.
- Inspect and supervise the disposal of service provider claim parts.
Recruitment Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor in any field.1-2years of warranty admin experience in automotive industry.Strong communication skills, preferred proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with HQ colleague.Tell employers what skills you have
