Job Description
1. Project planning and execution included
resource management, control and co- ordination with
subcontractors, suppliers and Consultants.
2.
Preparation of the project schedule. Prepare for drawings in
accordance with design and classification
requirements.
3. Check and and analyse drawings,
authority requirements and tender
specifications.
4. Monitor project quality of
workmanship and compliance with requirements.
5.
Implement correct working methods, observe all safety rules &
regulations.
6. Attend Technical & progress
meeting with owner.
7. Visit site to solve
interferences during construction and updating of As-Built drawings
according on site.
8. Supervise testing &
commissioning works done in according on
site.
9. Prepare checklists, procedures and
close out comments of the projects.
10.
Preparation of progress claims.
11. Follow the
aftermath of the
projects
Requirements
1. Diploma / Degree in M&E /
LEW
2. At least 5 years working experience in
construction industries
3. Good communication
skills, independent & self-motivated
4.
Knowledge in design & implementation of ACMV system
