Assistant Project Manager (ACMV)

Responsibilities :

• To prepare project budget, to source suppliers and

subcontractors, oversee and coordinate site activities of

projects

calculation and compliance, to prepare and submit shop drawings and

equipment / material for approval by Consultants and

Architects

operation maintenance manual, and conduct training for client

during handing over of project upon completion

prepare and submit progress reports, proposals, requirement

documentation, and presentations.

engineers, supervisors, suppliers, sub-contractors and workers

during the execution of the project.

follow up on construction progress, to submit progress claims and

variation claims till closing of final account

attend site meetings with Developers, Architects, Consultants &

Main

contractors

Requirements :

equivalent

experience in a local construction environment

experience in General Building Works / M&E services will be an

added advantage

in engineering design for ACMV system

the installation of ACMV equipment's chillers, AHU, VRV and split

units and MV systems

strong analytical, interpersonal & communicate skills with the

ability to build good relationships with all parties
