Assistant Manager, Project Management

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the full lifecycle of HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
• Support project planning including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality.
• Assist in procurement and inventory management for project materials.
• Support cost control efforts and analyze financial reports to maintain profitability.
