ACMV PROJECT MANAGER

Summary

We are looking

for an experienced ACMV Project

Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Air

Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) projects. You will

be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and

completion of HVAC projects while ensuring alignment with budget,

timeline, and safety

standards.

Key

Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle of ACMV works, including

planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors

to ensure smooth project execution.

Supervise

site works, installations, and testing & commissioning

systems.

Review and interpret M&E / ACMV

drawings and specifications.

Prepare project

documentation including method statements, reports, and progress

updates.

Monitor project costs and control

budget to avoid overruns.

Ensure compliance

with local codes, safety regulations, and quality

standards.

Lead site meetings and resolve

technical issues

efficiently.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related

field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

in managing ACMV projects.

Strong knowledge of

chilled water systems, ducting, ventilation systems.

Proven ability to lead project teams and manage

subcontractors.

Familiar with industry

standards and regulations (e.g., BCA, NEA,PUB )

Proficiency in project management tools , AutoCAD , BIM

software.

Excellent problem-solving,

leadership, and communication

skills.
