Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our sourcing and placement operations. You will be responsible for managing clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, and building strong relationships with clients while meeting agency goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment of domestic helpers (sourcing, screening, selection, and placement).
- Liaise with overseas training centers, agents, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and agency procedures.
- Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates.
- Match suitable helpers to client requirements and follow through on placements.
- Manage a small recruitment team and ensure KPIs are met.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve placement issues professionally.
- Administrative duties related to maid agency
Requirements :
Proven experience in the maid agencyAble to use basic computer applicationsFamiliar with MOM rules and procedures for FDWs.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Team leadership experience preferred.CEI CertifiedWhat We Offer :
