We are looking for an experienced EA Personnel and / or Key Appointment Holder to join our growing organisation. Salary expectation will be commensurate with industry experience.
To be a successful EA Personnel / Key Appointment Holder, you should be sales oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be proficient and knowledgeable in handling all employer and FDW matters independently.
EA Personnel / Key Appointment Holder Responsibilities :
- To handle end to end sales
- To handle customers enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- To understand employer’s requirements
- To source for sales leads through referrals, social media and other means
- To interview helpers and compile their bio-data, experience and job history
- To match customer's requirements with helper's profiles
- To recommend most suitable helpers to the employers and close the sales
- To arrange and conduct interviews between the employers and helpers
- To prepare all necessary documents required for deployment, including Security Bond, Employment Contract, Service Agreement, Rest Day form, Safety Agreement.
- To apply for and perform all necessary Work Permit transactions with MOM via WP Online
- To provide after-sales follow-up and service
- To mediate between the helper and employer when problems arise
- To follow up with MOM officers if there are MOM matters that require their advice
- To make arrangements with MOM for card collection, thumbprints, as needed
- To handle embassy matters, administrative work and follow-up on billing and payments from clients
EA Personnel / Key Appointment Holder Qualifications :
Must have relevant experience with a Maid AgencyMust have CEI – Certificate of Employment IntermediariesMust be familiar with and comply with MOM rules and regulations.Must be ethical, sincere, passionate, persuasive, reliable, friendly and customer orientedStrong sales ability, communication and interpersonal skillsGood leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Patience and compassion for helpersAble to handle all FDW and employer matters independentlyWalk In Interview at iHelper Pte.
