Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products from development to production release.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering and Production teams on debug, reliability qualification, and yield enhancement.
• Define and align testing requirements with customers and ensure smooth production release.
• Coordinate with foundries and subcontractors to resolve production issues.
• Prepare reports on status, guard bands / test limits, correlation, and yield summaries.
• Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, and retest rate reduction during production ramp-up.
