Roles & Responsibilities

Network Lead

Minimum 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure, with proven expertise in leading small teams ( 1–2 members ). Candidates should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the following core technologies (and familiarity with market alternatives) :

(a) Load Balancers (Core)

• F5 BIG-IP : Advanced configuration and management
• Alternatives : Citrix ADC (NetScaler), NGINX Plus, HAProxy
• Application delivery, SSL offloading, and traffic management

(b) Network Routing & Switching (Core)

(c) Next-Generation Firewalls (Core)

(d) Cloud Network Security (Core)

(e) Application Gateways (Core)

(f) Intrusion Detection & Prevention Systems (IDPS)

(g) Software-Defined Networking (SDN) – Good to Have

(h) Network Monitoring & Analytics – Good to Have

(i) VPN & Remote Access Solutions – Good to Have

(j) Network Automation – Good to Have
