Our client is a well-established organization with a strong presence in the transport and infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an organised and hands-on Manager, Administration & Facilities, to support day-to-day operations combining facilities oversight with administrative support and coordination.

• Manage daily facilities operations, including maintenance scheduling, repair coordination, and infrastructure support;
• Liaise with service providers such as security and cleaning vendors to ensure consistent service delivery;
• Monitor safety and compliance, including access control systems and emergency procedures;
• Assist in office planning, workspace allocation, and minor renovation or improvement projects;
• Track and implement sustainability measures and maintain detailed records of facility usage, maintenance, and related activities;
• Provide administrative support for operational reporting, procurement documents, internal presentations, and coordination of facility-related requests.
