Job Description :
The role requires hands-on management of site works, ensuring proper coordination, quality, and timely delivery of ACMV installations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise daily ACMV site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material delivery to meet milestones.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
- Provide guidance and support to site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
Job Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.Minimum 5–8 years of ACMV site management experience in large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of ACMV systems installation, testing, and commissioning.Good understanding of local codes, standards, and safety regulations.Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Able to work on-site full time at Tuas.Willingness to work at Tuas area.
