Oversee daily site operations and ensure
smooth coordination of work activities.
Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are
completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project
requirements.
Conduct regular site checks to
ensure compliance with safety standards and company
policies.
Assist the Project Manager in
planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress of works.
Report and resolve site issues promptly, escalating when
necessary.
Prepare and maintain site
documentation, reports, and records.
Coordinate deliveries of materials, equipment, and ensure
proper usage on site.
Must possess Workplace
Safety and Health (WSH) Course - Level B .
Good knowledge of site operations, safety practices, and
statutory requirements.
Strong leadership,
communication, and problem-solving
skills.
