COMMAND CENTRE OFFICER / CONTROLLER

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and Coordination : Constantly monitor multiple systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, radio communications etc.
• Provide 1st level desktop, network and application support.
• Emergency Response : Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms by assessing the situation, dispatching appropriate personnel or resources, and coordinating response efforts with relevant stakeholders such as emergency services, law enforcement, and medical personnel.
• Communication : Maintain clear and concise communication channels with field personnel, colleagues using various communication devices and platforms, including two-way radios, telephones etc.
• Manage and supervise the deployment of security officers across all sites utilizing CCTV and Attendance Systems.
• Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained and appropriate actions are taken for absenteeism and lateness etc.
• Administer security systems and monitor CCTV feeds, responding promptly to incidents as required.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
