SUMMARY
The primary function is
to

project management expertise & consultancy to vessel
conversion(s) and new building(s).
changes (including delivery or takeover of new vessels, change of
flag, transfer of class, implementation of new national or
international rules or regulations).
energy efficiency and CO2 Capture projects as identified by the
Management.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
2.1. Ensure vessel sea worthiness and
Regulatory Compliance at all times.
2.2. Approve
Class and Flag State Surveys to ensure all Certificates are
valid.
2.3. Monitor and
plan :
dockings.
certifications.
workshop.
plans.
audits.
consumables.
2.4. Control and
substantiate :
cost.
reports and costs.
2.5. Oversee fleet personnel
welfare and planning of onboard
assignments.
2.6. Support integrated Human
resources project and evaluation and identification of key ship
staff.
2.7. Administer training and welfare of
business team
members.
3.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
M.A.S.E.E. or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / M.O.T First Class
(Motor) or Degree in Marine Engineering or Master (Foreign
Going)
in the marine industry; or
of sailing experience with at least 2 years' experience as Chief
Engineer or a member of management team; or
Minimum 5 years working experience as a
Superintendent
experience is mandatory for Tankers / LPG / Chemical Fleets.
