Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Freight Booking : Coordinate bookings with carriers and suppliers.
- Tracking & Tracing : Monitor shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
- Documentation : Assist with Bill of Lading (BL), invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Client Support : Respond to inquiries and provide operational updates.
- Data Entry : Update systems with shipment information and milestones.
