Overview
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities :
Department Readiness :
- Strictly follow and implement the Department Readiness Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ensuring all aspects of department preparation and maintenance are consistently met according to established guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of SA counter, patient waiting areas, kiosks, equipment, lights, air conditioning, and telephones
- Maintain up-to-date brochures, materials, and posters
Patient Journey Management :
Assist with registration, screening, escalations, cashiering, and inquiriesEnsure accurate and timely registration, promoting self-help kiosk usageAssess patients on arrival according to patient assessment SOPMaintain accurate patient insurance information and billingRoom Readiness :
Follow Managing Consultation SOPEnsure room cleanliness, equipment functionality, and up-to-date collateralsAppointment Management :
Handle pre / post-appointment and procedure informationPrepare patient lists for vetting by Radiographers and RadiologistsBook / reschedule procedures and appointmentsFollow up on no-shows as per clinic doctor's instructionsPatient Service :
Attend to appointment requests, emails, and phone inquiriesProvide accurate billing information for scans and proceduresQuality Improvement :
Participate in quality improvement projectsAssume other responsibilities as assigned by clinic / nurse manager, service team leader, or service executivesJob Requirements : Qualifications :
Minimum of "A" Levels / DiplomaSkills and Competencies :
