Role
Overview
We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Operations
Executive to support our growing business
operations. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution
of daily processes, transaction accuracy, and cross-functional
coordination, while enhancing our reputation for operational
excellence.
Key
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to
support payment processing and business activities.
Monitor and reconcile payment settlements, promptly
highlighting and resolving discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Customer
Service) to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports,
dashboards, and settlement documentation.
Support onboarding and training for new staff and
clients; keep process and compliance documentation up to
date.
Provide timely operational support to
merchants and end-users, including handling payment-related
queries.
Ensure accurate record-keeping in
compliance with company policies and regulatory
requirements.
Track, document, and resolve
operational incidents within agreed timelines.
Participate in process reviews, identifying opportunities
for improvement and control enhancements.
Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative
assignments as
required.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred; fresh
graduates are welcome.
1-2 years' experience
in operations, payments, finance, or a related field is
advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Mandarin (written and
spoken) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking
clients and manage documentation.
Strong
attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage
multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and
comfortable with data analysis / tracking.
collaborative team player with strong communication and
problem-solving skills.
Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision.
Prior
exposure to payment systems, electronic payments, or FinTech
operations is a strong plus.
Flexibility to
occasionally work outside standard office hours if business needs
arise.
