Roles & Responsibilities
We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes, support shopfloor problem-solving, and drive productivity and quality initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control.
- Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program, and Tool / Gauge plan with Siemens NX.
- Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment / fixture selection, design and deployment.
- Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback
- Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion.
- Initiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and its related processes.
- Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs.
- Put up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX).
- Shopfloor Support – Andon Rectification, SRR / PPM Reduction, Real Time Problem Resolution, Machine Utilization
- Transition Project
- Business Units New Product Development
- Incorporating Engineering Change
- Non Product Improvement Support (Toolings / Expenses)
Qualification & Requirements :
Degree in an Engineering discipline (Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material).2 years of experiences in relevant skills, industry(precision manufacturing, aerospace related industry) is preferred.Demonstrate high level of attention to details.Ability to be Flexible and adapt to changing priorities.Ability to analyze information and quickly solve problems.Experience with metrology standards and equipment.Basic MS Excel, Word skills.Tell employers what skills you have
