- Operational / administrative support for 2 dementia choirs
- Recruitment of project participants and project volunteers
- Management of volunteers
- Support implementation of projects under music therapy department
- Update and maintain project budgets
- Music instrument inventory and maintenance
Responsibilities and Duties :
Main Duties
Management of English Community Inclusive Choir and Chinese Community Inclusive Choir for People Living with Dementia (PLWD)Recruitment of project participantsRecruitment and management of project volunteersManage utilization of music project budgetsReport on project budgetsReport on participant engagement rateInventory managementInventory of music instruments and equipmentInstrument maintenanceArrange for instrument maintenance / repair as necessaryAdministrative Duties
Manage logistics required for sessionsData tracking and entry of patients / participants’ information / attendanceManage logistics for choir eventsJob Requirements :
Degree holder, knowledge of music and music instruments preferredMinimum 1 years’ experience in music related project managementAble to establish and maintain positive working relationship with staff, volunteers, patients, external vendorsExperience in managing volunteersGood communicator with a customer-focused mindsetTeam player with good interpersonal skillsSelf-directed and able to work independentlyTell employers what skills you have
