We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager to lead day-to-day operations, guide team members, and support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing workflows, improving performance, and ensuring that key deliverables are met. You will play a critical role in decision‑making, problem‑solving, and supporting organizational growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and KPIs Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operational activities Communicate business objectives, policies, and procedures to team members Ensure quality standards, compliance, and service excellence are maintained Analyse performance data and prepare regular management reports Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions Support recruitment, training, and professional development of staff Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Assist in budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation Uphold company values and foster a positive, collaborative work culture Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant discipline Minimum 3–5 years supervisory or managerial experience (industry‑specific advantage) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Good analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office and relevant business software High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Additional Requirements (Preferred)
