Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

Provide friendly and helpful service to customers during their jewellery selection.
Share product knowledge and assist with after-sales support and basic repair enquiries.
Support sales by recommending suitable products based on customer needs.

Store Operations

Help with daily store tasks such as stock handling, display setup, and keeping the store clean and tidy.

Follow store procedures, including opening and closing routines.

Assist in stock counts and inventory checks.

Visual Merchandising

Support the setup and maintenance of product displays according to brand guidelines.

Learn basic jewellery display techniques to attract customer attention and improve sales.

Sales Support & Admin Duties

Process customer purchases using the POS system and handle transactions accurately.

Assist with customer data entry and general administrative tasks.

Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and events when required.
