Roles & Responsibilities
Project Manager
A Degree in Engineering(Civil and / or Structural) or Building from local universities or universities recognised by Professional Engineers Board.
At least 15 years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.
Report to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, and assist in managing, planning, implementation and control of projects to meet time, cost, safety and quality objectives.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.
Lead project team and manage risks.
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently.
