The Business Development Manager

shall play a strategic role in developing and diversifying the

company's business and revenue streams in the Asia Pacific Region.

Description :

The Business Development

Manager is responsible, but not limited to, the

following :

• Coordinate all business development

activities between the company's Asia-Pacific Regional Headquarters

(APRHQ) and Subsidiaries / Branch offices in the APAC

regions.

Singapore as well as other regional markets.

with business development team in the Subsidiaries / Branch offices

to develop / cultivate ''Business development infrastructure''

(e.g. Cost consultant / Design Consultant network) to enhance

business development platform.

clientele base by proactively sourcing, arranging meetings and

developing new relationships.

relationships with existing clients.

research and analysis such as identifying and evaluating the

company and its business strengths and customer needs, researching

business opportunities and viable revenue streams, reporting on

successes and areas requiring improvements.

role in the development of proposals and presentations for new

business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and

partnerships.

by attending industry events / conferences, establishing personal

networks, and participating in presentations.

and deliver insightful strategies and impactful presentations to

the Business Development Department and external

stakeholders.

progress on new business development activities and other key

indicators to the management.

team to manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP

requirements, content creation and input from various

sources.
