What You’ll Do
- Lead with purpose : Guide and support the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service.
- Delight every guest : Anticipate needs, solve issues quickly, and create memorable experiences.
- Coach and grow others : Train, motivate, and inspire your crew to perform at their best.
- Raise the bar : Ensure standards in service, hygiene, and presentation are consistently met.
- Shape the atmosphere : Build a positive, professional, and welcoming environment every shift.
What We’re Looking For
