Front-of-House Shift Leader

We’re hiring a Front-of-House Shift Leader to guide our service team and ensure every guest leaves with a great impression. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right on the floor

What You’ll Do

• Set the Tone : Greet guests warmly and ensure their dining experience starts on the right note.
• Keep Things Flowing : Manage waitlists, seating, and service flow so operations run seamlessly.
• Lead the Team : Support, motivate, and coach service staff to consistently deliver high standards.
• Handle the Unexpected : Resolve guest feedback or operational hiccups with professionalism and care.
• Stay Aligned : Work closely with Assistant Managers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
