Key

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and outlet reporting
• Lead, schedule, and manage the crew

Handle customer service, reservations, and

inquiries

Upsell menu items and promote brand

experience

Assist with ground crew duties when

needed

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service or

operations

Positive, service-oriented mindset

with a team-player attitude

Comfortable

working in a pet-friendly environment

Experience in managing a restaurant or F&B outlet(s)

is a plus

Able to

work on weekends and public

holidays
