Position
Overview
We are seeking an energetic,
self-motivated, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Promoter
to join our growing team. This role combines sales generation with
marketing support to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue for
our flagship product line - Egnite Electric Fire Stoves, which
feature cutting-edge plasma technology that produces real fire
using electricity.
You will play a key role in
identifying and developing business opportunities, supporting
marketing initiatives, and managing the full sales process. Your
responsibilities will include engaging customers through retail
partnerships, roadshows, and events, while also contributing to
brand visibility through marketing coordination and campaign
support.
Key
Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business
Generate new business opportunities through
lead follow-up, retail partner collaboration, and event
participation.
Represent the brand at roadshows,
exhibitions, and promotional events, demonstrating products and
engaging with potential customers.
Work closely
with potential customers support their sales efforts and maintain
product visibility in-store.
Understand customer
needs,provide product recommendations, and close sales
effectively.
2. Sales Process
Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions and sales activities in the CRM
system.
Follow up with customers to ensure
satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
3.
Marketing Support & Execution
Track and
report on campaign performance and customer engagement
insights.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and
visual presentation at events and retail
locations.
4. Achieve Monthly Sales
Targets :
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets,
with a goal of selling 10 or more sets per
month.
Strive for higher performance by
increasing sales numbers and taking full advantage of the tiered
commission structure.
4. Product
Knowledge :
Stay updated on product
specifications, features,and benefits of the Electric Fire Stove
range, including the innovative plasma technology and its
advantages over traditional cooking
methods.
Provide expert advice and answer
product-related queries to customers.
Training
will be provided
5. Team
Collaboration :
Work closely with the sales team,
manager, and other departments to ensure that sales targets are
achieved.
Assist with the setup and management
of sales events, including roadshows and special
promotions.
6. Reporting and
Administration :
Submit regular sales reports,
including progress toward sales goals, challenges, and successful
strategies.
Keep detailed and accurate records
of all sales and customer
interactions.
Qualifications and
Requirements : Skills :
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships with customers.
Excellent
negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated,
goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a
team.
Good organizational skills with the
ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales processes
simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment with sales targets and performance
expectations.
Education : GCE
O'Level or equivalent and above; a college degree in business,
marketing, or a related field is a
plus.
Compensation : Base
Salary : Up to $2,500 per month.
Commission :
Tiered commission structure based on sales
performance
Total Earnings Potential : Based on
sales performance and commissions, your total monthly earnings can
exceed $7,000 or more.
Work
Environment :
The Sales & Marketing Promoter
will be required to work both in the field (e.g., roadshows,
reseller locations) and in the office, depending on operational
needs. Responsibilities will include customer engagement, event
participation, as well as administrative tasks such as data entry
and reporting
Flexibility in working hours is
required to accommodate sales events and roadshows. 6 days working
week
