We are looking for a

driven and experienced TikTok talent manager to join our team at

Jinley Media. In this contract role, you will be responsible for

discovering and developing TikTok

creators , building their personal brands, and

securing lucrative partnerships and sponsorships. The role can be

based in our Central Region office or remote, with flexibility to

work from home.

Identifying

and recruiting talented TikTok creators with strong potential for

growth

Providing strategic guidance to talent

on optimising their content and growing their following

Negotiating and managing sponsorship, brand partnership,

and other commercial deals for talent

Coaching

talent on personal branding, audience engagement, and monetisation

strategies

Analysing content performance and

audience data to inform talent development

Building and maintaining strong relationships with

brands, agencies, and industry

partners

What we're

looking for

Extensive

experience in TikTok influencer marketing and talent

management

Proven track record of discovering,

developing, and monetising TikTok talent

Deep

understanding of TikTok algorithm, audience trends, and

monetisation models

Excellent negotiation,

relationship-building, and communication skills

Strong analytical and data-driven approach to talent

management

Passion for staying ahead of the

curve in the fast-moving social media

industry
