📍 Location : Nearest MRT, (Chinatown / Clarke Quay)

🕒 Working Hours : 8.30am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)

💰 Salary : Up to $3.5K / Month

🗓 Start Date : Immediate

📅 Duration : 12 month contract

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite counter duties and follow up with telephone ticket enquiries related to court applications and processes.
• Assist self-represented court users in Probate, Mental Capacity Act, or Adoption applications.
• Process court orders and other tasks as assigned, within stipulated timelines.
• Manage a large number of applications filed via the eLitigation system and support grant issuance.
• Effectively manage fixture and hearing / case conference lists on a weekly basis.
• Seek directions from Judicial Officers and ensure timely follow-ups on applications.
• Keep relevant parties informed of upcoming court sessions.
