As a Sales Executive, you will manage predominantly inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels and guide prospective learners through the enrolment process—understanding their goals and recommending the right training solutions. You’ll also play a key role in supporting live events, workshops, and webinars, following up with attendees to convert interest into enrolments. This position requires you to report on‑site daily and work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for learners. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp, guiding prospective learners through suitable course and certification options. Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand learning needs and recommend appropriate programmes. Assist in live events, workshops, and webinars, providing on‑site support and following up with attendees to convert interest into enrolments. Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales performance metrics. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to optimise the lead‑to‑enrolment process. Provide high‑quality, empathetic service to ensure every learner feels valued and supported. Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A consultative and ethical approach to sales. Self‑motivated, organised, and goal‑oriented. Prior experience in education sales, customer service, or inside sales is advantageous. Able to report on‑site daily (Monday to Saturday, half‑day on Saturday). What We Offer
