Responsibilities
Overall supervision of assigned projects, to ensure timely completion of projects,
Within the approved budgets set by the Project Manager and the management.
Plan and prepare all project micro and / or master program with indication of Critical Path to complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
To liaise with all subcontractors, consultants and owners on project matters and to resolve all technical discrepancies and site issues.
To supervise and ensure that acceptable workmanship and quality of projects are obtained to the management and consultants’ approval.
To attend, prepare and report on project progress, milestones and targets during meetings.
To organise and to chair regular site meetings with subcontractors, NSCs and suppliers.
Any other adhoc projects and duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering & Construction
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in civil, structural & architectural work
( Preferred Work Experience in Semi Detached House )
Literacy in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint. Knowledge in Autocad & Microsoft Project has added advantage
