Oversee daily restaurant and kitchen

operations

Manage and motivate staff to

deliver excellent customer service

Handle

staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational

standards

Monitor inventory, ordering, and

cost control

Work closely with management to

meet sales targets and improve

operations

Location :

Yishun Northpoint Mall

Work Schedule : 6 days

per week (including weekends and public holidays on

rotation)

Salary : Competitive, commensurate

with

experience

[Requirements]

At least 2 years of F&B management

experience

Strong leadership and communication

skills

Able to work in a fast-paced

environment

Knowledge of Korean or Asian

cuisine operations is a plus
