Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparation and submission of project documentations / reports from commencement to completion of project (eg. Risk Assessment, requisitions, schedule, drawings, reports, etc).
  • Assist in planning / sourcing for material, equipment and resource required according to project specifications and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control
  • Liaise & coordinate with technicians, customers, vendors and subcontractors
  • Ensure proper filing of project documentations and reports
  • Prepare project activities and schedules report, etc
  • Provide administrative support to superior when necessary
  • Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements :

  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction / Engineering industry
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
