Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and service-minded individual to join us as a Quotations Executive . You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients, preparing insurance quotes, and contributing to overall sales and client retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Support : Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and timely responses.
• Quotations & Renewals : Prepare accurate insurance quotations and assist with policy renewals for assigned clients.
• Customer Service : Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure clients have a positive experience with our service.
• New Business : Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
• Sales Support : Recommend suitable products and services, and support sales efforts through up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.
