- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the industrial market, as well as market dynamics, key players, and emerging trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients and partners to effectively address their needs.
- Identify and capitalise on business opportunities by preparing and delivering proposals and presentations to clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 3 years of sales experienceProven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skillsWillingness to travel quarterly for workExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterpartsPrior knowledge or experience in the tyre industry or its supply chain is a plus but not mandatoryTell employers what skills you have
