Job descriptionSupervise daily estate operations and maintenance Conduct daily inspections and manage defect reporting Liaise with contractors, vendors, and MCST Ensure compliance with BMSMA and safety regulations Maintain proper records, reports, quotations, and logs Respond to resident queries and feedback in a timely manner Prepare documentation and support AGMs / EGMs Diploma In Real Estate Management / Facilities Management or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

- Building Manager / Estate Executive
- Working Location : Balmoral Place(Newton)
- Working Days & Time : 5.5 Days (Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm; Sat 9am – 1pm)
- Salary : $3300 - $4300 (Depends on experience)
