Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position : Admin Assistant / HR Assistant
  • Location : Kaki Bukit
  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Building Management & Automation System

Main Responsibilities :

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Support HR functions such as staff records, leave tracking, and basic payroll support
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Possess at least GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers)
